Description:-
o Conducted market research to find out the market share of ITC and its competitors in
personal care product.
o The research was conducted in rural and as well as urban areas, various dealers and
customers were taken as a sample of the research.
o Findings of the research were taken on the basis of the response received from
questionnaire filled by dealers and customers.
o Responses of the questionnaire shows that the most of the market is lead by HUL and
GCPL very few product of ITC is doing well in the market.
o Recommendations were given on the basis of 2 months experience and according to the
demands of the customers.
