Director
Greg has worked with multi-disciplinary consulting engineers and
architectural studios throughout his recruitment career on a global
basis for both permanent and contract assignments. Degree qualified
in Business Management & Marketing, Greg is a founding member of
Amida and Director of the business. Greg leads Amida’s Design division
incorporating Architecture & Consulting Engineering, and is based in

Cheryl Lee
Associate Director – Property & Construction
Born in Singapore, Cheryl has been with Amida since March 2011
and specialises in recruitment for Project Management and Cost
Management regionally. She leads the Construction & Property team
working closely with some of Asia’s largest developers, consultancies,
main contractors and end users. Cheryl is one of our top consultants
and prides herself on her excellent network of candidates, quality of

Sam Barnes
Director - Australia
Sam Barnes heads up Australian operations based out of the Sydney
Head Office. He has over 14 years construction recruitment experience
asadirector,managerandconsultant,andhasawealthofknowledgeand
influence in this sector. Sam runs a successful region with an energetic
and expanding team covering freelance and permanent professional
vacancies across all sectors of the construction, consultancy, property,

Matt Duffy
Director – Transport & Infrastructure
Matt Duffy has 14 years recruitment experience and is a key player
in the Highways and Infrastructure sector. Being a specialist in the
market, he has key partnerships with Tier One Main Contractors and
Engineering Consultancies in London and throughout the UK. Using a
consultative approach to recruitment, Matt and his team aim to work in
partnership with clients and candidates alike, whilst always maintaining
good humour. Its this way of working that has seen him make a name
for himself in the Highways market and build a knowledgeable team

Leanne is responsible for training and mentoring the new and more
junior members of the London team initially, whilst also actively working

having managed a team of consultants within the wider property and

Andy Clapham has recently moved back to the UK with his family after
