Veganism is a philosophy and way of living that avoids all animal products like meat, dairy and eggs. Going vegan for a month can have significant health benefits as it leads to a plant-based diet higher in nutrients. Campaigns like Veganuary encourage people to try veganism in January to raise awareness of the lifestyle. Vegans must ensure they get essential nutrients from plant sources and fortified foods, though vitamin B12 supplementation is important. Adopting a vegan diet can help prevent diseases and reduce symptoms like PMS. Veganism also benefits the environment by avoiding intensive animal agriculture which uses significant resources and emits greenhouse gases.

Veganism: A philosophy and way of living.
Being Veganism there various of ways of living from these people who decides to
take a different path if they are willing to do this for a month and try to see how
they feel afterwards. From the first month they try this, it is so beneficial to be a
vegan. As this is a very different way of both eating and living all together.
Instead of having a meat-based diet that is to rich with over goodness as this way
you should not eat red meat all the time. Going into what the vegans have to deal
with like, exploitation of animals for food, clothing, testing and entertainment.
Veganuary is a global campaign that launched in January 2014 to help encourage
people to try vegan for January. With a success of 3,200 people ready to commit
in January 2014, these campaigns try to make people help to become vegans to
become much healthier for them as this helps to raise awareness of their own
lifestyle.
Veganism not only helps to reduce the suffering of animals and help the planet
but also improves personal health. Due to the fact vegans don’t eat animals or
their products, they must find the essential nutrients, which they need to get
from plant-based sources, vegan alternatives and fortified foods. This means that
vegans eat a lot more fruits and vegetables than omnivores. Vegans get the most
amounts of nutrients they can from their food and are keen to make sure they
know how to get everything they need such as iron. However, vitamin B12 is a
vitamin that can be hard for vegans to obtain as it is found in meat, which is
created by bacteria but is also added to fortified foods such as breakfast cereals.
A supplement of B12 is the easiest way to make sure you do not lack it in your
diet.
Not only do vegans tend to be more well informed of what their body needs and
what their food contains but avoiding meat and animal products can help to
virtually eliminate the most severe diseases such as cardiovascular disease,
obesity, type 2 diabetes, diverticulosis and e.coli infections. A vegan diet can be
more beneficial to women as PMS symptoms become less intense or disappear
altogether. This is due to the elimination of dairy from their diet.
Veganism helps the environment and helps to stop excess greenhouse gases.
