  2. 2. • Make sure there is variety in your protein source. • Choose Eggs from a reputable Organic source. • Moderate your intake and switch it up – maybe have your eggs every other day. • Find what works for YOU.
  3. 3. • Don’t dilute your magnesium with H2o. • Apply after a hot shower at night when pores are open. • Apply to the armpits for lymphatic circulation. • Apply to the kidneys / lower back for detoxification. • Reapply in the morning. • *BEST PRACTICE: Biohack yourself – check Mg levels Day 1, recheck 90 days later.
  4. 4. • Know your application and intent behind using Creatine Monohydrate. i.e. Performance Goal (Sport) vs. Aesthetic Goal (Body Composition / Appearance – physique & bodybuilding) • Loading is BULLSHIT! Most supplement companies will include a loading dose to ensure that you use more product! • *BEST PRACTICE: Add baking soda and citrus. Baking soda will help the uptake of the creatine into the actual muscle cell itself. Citrus, specifically the fructose in the citrus will aid in transportation of the creatine inside the body. Take about 1 tsp of baking soda per 3g of Creatine.
