 Completed 128 clinical hours where I worked alongside my preceptor in providing patient
care to various patients in the cardiac telemetry unit.
Community Health-Cook County Health Department, Joliet, IL
 Observed and participated in educating obese, pregnant woman on the importance of
exercise during pregnancy and the importance of exercise in general.
Hospice-JACH Hospice, Joliet, IL
 Observed and participated in planning and implementing care for a hospice patient.
Critical Care-Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center, Joliet, IL
 Completed forty hours in the following units: neuro-ICU, cardiovascular ICU, medical-
surgical ICU, and the ER.
 Observed various procedures, obtained ventilator experience, intracranial monitoring
experience, took care of patients with invasive hemodynamic monitoring, central lines, and
