2. What is the research gate ?
• ResearchGate is the largest academic social network site for scientists
and researchers to share research articles, ask and answer questions,
and find collaborators.
• ResearchGate was founded in 2008 by a group of scientists
• Being a researcher, it is better to be a member of this useful social
networking

3. Steps to create an account in research gate

4. 1- Write "research gate" on the google search field

5. 2-Press on this

6. 3- You will see this page, which is the website of research-gate (www.researchgate.net)
Press on this button

7. 4-Choose first option ( Academic or student)

8. 5-Write your institution, then press Continue

9. Fill the information out,
then press continue
Notes:
1-You must write your name as written in
your articles.
2-You must use the official E-mail of your
institution

11. A verification email will be sent to your official email. You should open this
email and press on the provided link. by doing this step you completed the
registration process to get an account in Research-Gate

menu will appear that
contains some options ( your
profile, settings, and logout )

information. This page has several tabs ( Overview, research, Info, Stats, Score, and
research interests), below image shows the Overview
