2. - Develop implement and advice management on HR policy/Manual and
implement all policy..
- Periodically benchmark compensation & benefits for the company vs. the
relevant market segment. - Ensure periodical review of the salary scale and
carry out as necessary market survey
- Plans, recommends and administers the compensation and benefits programs
to attract and retain employees
- Ensure that organization is in compliance with all laws and regulation

required that meet quality and budgetary requirements at all times to ensure

- Ensure compliance with Omanisation requirements.
- Administrate the employees leave schedule on a monthly basis and calculating
their balance leave prior to their vacation time.
- Maintain employees personnel files and update the database on periodical
manner
- Issue administration circulars as and when required.

- Manage the recruitment functions and facilitates the process from manpower
planning, proactively strategize for desired talent pool availability through
various sources.
