HR Responsibilities
 Systems / policies
- Develop implement and advice management on HR policy/Manual and
implement all policy..
- Periodically benchmark compensation & benefits for the company vs. the
relevant market segment. - Ensure periodical review of the salary scale and
carry out as necessary market survey
- Plans, recommends and administers the compensation and benefits programs
to attract and retain employees
- Ensure that organization is in compliance with all laws and regulation
concerning recruitment, hiring, training, compensation and benefits.
- Carry out regular Training Needs Analysis and schedule relevant training as
required that meet quality and budgetary requirements at all times to ensure
that personal, departmental and organizational targets are met.
- Implement and put in place Learning & Development plan.
- Develop and assist the company in implementation an Omanisation plan.
 Reporting
- Keep statutory and other employment records.
- Ensure compliance with Omanisation requirements.
- Administrate the employees leave schedule on a monthly basis and calculating
their balance leave prior to their vacation time.
- Maintain employees personnel files and update the database on periodical
manner
- Issue administration circulars as and when required.
 Staffing
- Manage the recruitment functions and facilitates the process from manpower
planning, proactively strategize for desired talent pool availability through
various sources.
- preparation of employment contracts and visas
- work permits, expat labor contracts
- liaison with labor and immigration department
- Prepare and manage payroll in cooperation with accounting
- Manage the staff medical insurance and health plan.
AdministrativeResponsibilities
 Day to Day Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day running of office and staff, administrative tasks including:
+ Payments of mobile and fixed line phone bills
+ Office housekeeping, supplies
+ Prepare, implement and monitor travel plans, bookings approvals
- Prepare and/or manage translations into and from Arabic.
 Manage administrative staff
- Coordinate the work of administrative staff, leaves, absences, holidays
- Ensure quality of work of secretaries, PRO, driver ….
