3. ABOUT CHEFSCAPE™
We are Loudon county’s first Shared Kitchen and Event Co. Our
mission is to help food entrepreneurs imagine their possibilities
and bloom, blossom and grow their businesses. More than just a
shared rental kitchen, we offer members business and marketing
services to help guide their new idea from seed to breakthrough.
And for those that have just begun to bloom or already have
established roots, we offer a range of revenue driving
opportunities, from distribution assistance to catering events and
pop-ups.

We’ve been there and know how exhilarating and
challenging it can be to start a new business, that is why
we offer flexible membership options that allow you to
adjust your kitchen usage based on the demands of your
growing business.
Standard Membership
• Starting at $200 per month
• Perfect for Caterers, Product Developers, Bakers and
Personal Chefs that are just starting out and don’t
need a dedicated prep station.
Premium Membership
• Starting at $350 per month
• Similar to Standard but with a dedicated 7 foot prep
station
Depot Membership
• Starting at $650 per month*
• Created for Food Trucks with dedicated loading area
and optional parking

Depot renters.
Carry Out/Pick Up – Included with membership
Chefscape™ tenants can leave prepared food in the “Pick Up”
refrigerator for their customers to pick up during normal business
hours of 9AM-3PM unless special arrangements are made with
Facility Manager.
Additional Dry Storage Shelf Rental +$60 per month
Any renter can also rent additional shelf space at the facility.
Given limited availability, priority will be given to full time renters
Additional Cold Storage Unit Rental +$90 month
Any renter can also rent additional refrigerator or freezer unit at
the facility. Given limited availability, priority will be given to full
time renters.

7. AMENITIES & SERVICES
Bulk Ordering/Purchasing
We have strategic relationships with major food providers. By attaching your
account to our orders you no longer have to worry about item or cost
minimums, and benefit from the savings that we pass down to you! This allows
our tenants to not worry about carrying unneeded inventory or making
countless stops to retail food
Photo/Film/Video Shoot
Chefscape™ has state of the art cameras mounted for recording prep and
cooking onto a digital device or put on our flat screen TV’s for customers to
view. The space can also be utilized for food photography or to make video
promotion for your business.
Catering Allocation
Chefscape™ will work with members to provide them with catering
opportunities. We will book and invoice the customer so Members can focus on
what they do best, providing quality food services!
Food Truck Health Permit Assistance - $200
Chefscape™ will help you permit your truck in any desired jurisdiction in the
DMV area. We go hand in hand with the user through the entire permitting
process, providing our own valuable expertise.
Business Classes
Chefscape™, and their preferred industry partners, will be offering business
101 classes to help new operators do everything from registering their
business, brand development and trademark protection, basic marketing and
social media engagement, sales and use tax filings and even basic
bookkeeping.
Food Managers Class and Test $250
Chefscape™ provides monthly food mangers training and testing. It is a
requirement of the Health Department and Chefscape™ that anyone overseeing
a food operation obtain a food managers license.

8. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Overtime Fees
$50 for each hour over your reserved time block
+$100 automatic administrative fee
*(unless approved by Chefscape™ Facility Manager in advance, in which normal overage
rates would apply)
Cleaning Fee
$50 if cooking and/or prep areas are left dirty. Please be respectful of other members.
Receiving fee
$25 if a non-Chefscape™ vendor is delivering a shipment to you. The Chefscape™ Facility
Manager will check the shipment for accuracy, notify tenant of any missing items, and hold
for 24hours until tenant can be present to properly store.
*Unless alternate arrangements are made, Chefscape™ Facility Manager has the right to
dispose of any items that are held for more than 24hrs, as they deem necessary due to
space constraints.
