1. The class will be divided into 5 Breakout
Rooms.
2. Each breakout room will be assigned to
ONE barrier to exercise.
3. Members in the breakout room will
discuss and provide ways as to how to
overcome the assigned barrier to
exercise.
4. Use the JAMBOARD to input your
answers.
