   Being a native of Burke County, it is my desire to design a hotel that embodies
   the rich heritage of the community in which I was raised. Valdese is a small
   town filled with rich culture and unique history.

  a	
  ceiling	
  are	
  seen,	
  all	
  of	
  which	
  can	
  be	
  studied	
  and	
  perhaps
 enjoyed,	
  while	
  the	
  space,	
  in	
  the	
  sense	
  that	
  one	
  is	
  accustomed	
  to	
  think	
  of	
  it,	
  is	
  void:	
  the	
  absence	
  of
 mass,	
  filled	
  by

   feature;

  concept	
  of	
  coalesce	
  is	
  shown	
  through	
  the	
  merging	
  of	
  Chinese	
  and	
  western
cultures,	
  mo5fs,	
  and	
  design.

  furniture	
  and	
  accessories	
  portray	
  both	
  curved	
  and	
  straight	
  lines	
  allowing	
  their
forms	
  to	
  blend	
  in	
  a	
  cohesive
