3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, dried basil, dried oregano, garlic
powder, and crumbled bacon. Mix well until all the ingredients are
evenly incorporated.
4. Carefully cut a slit lengthwise into each chicken breast, creating a
pocket for the stuffing. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
5. Stuff each chicken breast with the bacon and cheese mixture,
dividing it evenly between the two breasts.
6. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 2-3
minutes on each side, or until they develop a golden brown crust.
