particular projects financed by the Non State Actors and Local Authorities in Development (NSA-

•Professional experience of 10 years in the implementation of ROM since 2005. In-depth knowledge of
the ROM methodology and of the implementation modalities along all stages of the ROM cycle.
Experience as ROM Expert in the Mediterranean Region (MEDA II) and for the EC Centrally
Managed Thematic Projects (DCI Thematic - NSA&LA, FSTP, IiP, M&A, and EIDHR) with in-situ
visits to more than 40 projects.
•In depth knowledge of the objectives and priorities of the EC Development Cooperation Instrument
(DCI) Thematic Programmes, and in particular the Non State Actors and Local Authorities in
Development (NSA-LA) Thematic Programme and its predecessor, the Co-financing with European
Development NGOs.
•Solid knowledge of the current financial framework 2014-2020 and the respective development
priorities (including the proposed new programmes under the DCI-Thematic: i) Global Public Goods
and Challenges (GPGC) and ii) Civil Society Organisations and Local Authorities (CSO-LA)).
