Introduction
3. Activity 1 Part 1:Comparing
Packaging Materials
Packing Material White Peanut Green Peanut
Kind Of Material Corn Starch Polystyrene
Type Of Material Biodegradable Non-Biodegradable
Conclusion: The white peanut degraded in water while the
green peanut did not degrade.
4. Activity 1 Part 2: Comparing
Packaging Materials.

2M Did Crack Did Crack
Conclusion: We cannot pack materials that contain bacteria
and liquids with biodegradable packaging materials because it
will react with it and damage the materials.

we recommend that our
product will be sponsored
and applied by tea
companies .
Our recommendations :
16. Conclusion
It was a great experience to
participate with albairaq, we
discovered a lot about food
packaging through experiments.
We learned how to think, search and
make a great product.
17. Acknowledgment
.Many thanks to my teachers, school and AL-
Bairaq team from Center for Advanced Materials
(CAM), Qatar University for supporting us during
our journey with a AL-Bairaq.
Also, I would like to thank the sponsors UNESCO,
Qatar National Commission, Ras Gas, Maersk and
