5. Summery
• Josey Aimes was part of a group of the first women to work at a local iron mine in
Minnesota.
• She got the job by her friend Glory and there was one female worker out of 30 male
worker.
• At job everyday female workers harassed by their male worker.
• Josey recognized the problem to her manager but he didn’t take any steps.
• Then she went to upper level, they said Josey to resign, but she didn’t.
• After being physical harassed she quit the job and sue against Iron Mine.
• She hired a lawyer to continue this case. She needed 3 witnesses to proof mine’s
harassment
• But she got more then 3 witnesses and won the case and achieve sexual harassment
policy.
