1. FPSO Ruby II owned by PTSC Production Services(PPS), Vietnam
Field Operated by Petronas Carigali, Malasia
Working as Lead Production Operator in offshore production facility FPSO from
June 2014 to August 2015. Contract finished and localized due to oil price
crisis. I was responsible for leading a team of CRO, 2 Production Operator in
shift.
Facility consists of Crude Oil stabilization, Well Testing, Gas Dehydration Unit, Gas Dew
point conditioner package, Gas Lift Compressor, Turret system, Pigging Operation,
Chemical injection, Sodium Hypochlorite generator etc and producing 25000 bpd of oil.
My responsibilities includes making breakdown reports, JHA, Daily production reports,
work pack for shutdown jobs, planning preventive maintenance of equipments, AMOS
jobs, training junior operators, assessment of trainee operators and reporting to
supervisor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitors control panels in site for compressors and turbines.
• Routine check up of process and equipments.
• Control Room operation – DCS system ( Emerson, Siemens Moore)
• Plant Operation as per standard plant operating procedures and HSE policy.
• Monthly chemical stock recording and plan for replenishment accordingly.
• Close and continuous monitoring of equipments and report any abnormalities to the
supervisor and take immediate action.
• Housekeeping of the plant and keep the facility tidy and safe.
• Plant Shut down partially or totally in case of emergency, and start up.
• Take logs and readings of daily operation of equipments and activities .Proper hand over
to next shift team.
• Responsible for fire fighting operations in the area and close communication and
reporting until taken over by higher authority.
• Chemical top up and injection rate adjustment to the process system.
• Bunkering operations from supply boats (OSV).
• Ensure proper and safe housekeeping after completion of any maintenance job keeping
work area clean, tidy and safe to work.
• Equipment isolation and hand over for maintenance activities.
• Purging with Nitrogen and gas freeing of equipments for maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for any maintenance activity of equipments and
assist them to execute and complete the job safely.
• STOP any activity which is found unsafe.
• Make sure every job in the area is conducted as per following PTW system and HSE
policy and management system of the company.
• Maintain record of all equipments such as running hours, maintenance
activities, down time etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Monitors control panels in site for compressors and turbines. • Routine check up of process and equipments. • Control Room operation – DCS system ( Emerson, Siemens Moore) • Plant Operation as per standard plant operating procedures and HSE policy. • Monthly chemical stock recording and plan for replenishment accordingly. • Close and continuous monitoring of equipments and report any abnormalities to the supervisor and take immediate action. • Housekeeping of the plant and keep the facility tidy and safe. • Plant Shut down partially or totally in case of emergency, and start up. • Take logs and readings of daily operation of equipments and activities .Proper hand over to next shift team. • Responsible for fire fighting operations in the area and close communication and reporting until taken over by higher authority. • Chemical top up and injection rate adjustment to the process system. • Bunkering operations from supply boats (OSV). • Ensure proper and safe housekeeping after completion of any maintenance job keeping work area clean, tidy and safe to work. • Equipment isolation and hand over for maintenance activities. • Purging with Nitrogen and gas freeing of equipments for maintenance activities. • Coordinate with maintenance team for any maintenance activity of equipments and assist them to execute and complete the job safely. • STOP any activity which is found unsafe. • Make sure every job in the area is conducted as per following PTW system and HSE policy and management system of the company. • Maintain record of all equipments such as running hours, maintenance activities, down time etc. FIRE & SAFETY and Trainings attended: • STCW Certificate courses.
