mendation for Mr. Aidar Marat.
I have met Mr. Aidar Marat on several occasions in my capacity as director of the
Institute of Lightweight Structures and Conceptual Design (ILEK, University of
Stuttgart) and as founder and owner of the Werner Sobek Group both, and I can
state with confidence that he is a motivated and responsible person with a high
degree of integrity. As such, I expect that he will be a very positive addition to
your company.
During those meetings I gained insight in Mr. Marat's various responsibilities, such
as the preparation and creation of technical and architectural tasks on the future
EXPO-2017 complex and the organization of its international architectural competi-
tion. Aidar Marat also collaborated with various designers and engineers to create
the concept for the EXPO-2017and set the requirements for the design and the
construction. In this role, he had a considerable amount of responsibilities which he
handled effectively and efficiently. Mr. Marat possesses strong communication
skills as well as great organizational and management abilities. Aidar Marat takes
the initiative to identify problems and devise solutions with careful attention to de-
tail. His work is characterised by the ability to develop concepts in a logical fash-
ion, pose critical questions at the appropriate times and arrive at comprehensive,
innovative and well-developed solutions. Aidar Marat is intelligent and amibitous
and possesses outstanding leadership abilities
