Professional Experience History
Arish Cement & Marble Company, IT Software & Operation Manager: April 2011 – Till Now
1- I built internal SAP team in Arish Cement Company to implement new Marble Company (Variant
Configuration), Bricks plant , Ready Mixed Concrete plant and rollout new lines cement.
2- Currently selling IT Service (Datacenter, infrastructure, Hardware & software "VM-ware – IBM AIX")
and SAP Implementation to other companies.
3- I’m currently implementing disaster recovery site project.
4- Implemented SAP ERP that is currently live (Financial – production –Maintenance – Quality -
Supply Chain (Sales – Purchasing – Inventory) - HR) [cement, Ready Mix concrete, Bricks and Bags
companies].
5- Implemented SAP Business object (BI) that is currently live (web – dashboard - crystal).
6- Implemented IT Cloud IBM Pure Flex including failover (AIX power VM & VMware).
7- We created integration between SAP ERP and (Production Machine – Bascule – Barcode).

Key Responsibilities
1- I was a Project Manager of Implementing Oracle ERP (EBS, Siebel, Demantra, Hyperion) in
Egypt (4 companies) in order to be implemented all over the Group.
2- Cooperating in setting standards of IT Group Standard Manual “IT GSM” based on ITIL, ISO
20000, ISO 27001 and created next modules: IT Administration – IT Asset Management – IT
