  • 4. •Organize the work between all committees by distributing the responsibilities between them . -Marketing Director at 4P-Egypt April 2014 ( 3 Months ) Work Responsibilities : - Managed all aspects of the marketing mix including marketing, public relations, financial budgets, sponsorship relations, and academic programs . -Worked with media , PR, and quality management department to develop the most effective marketing plans. - Identify engineering students classification and the means by which to successfully reach them through effective use of social media, advertising, promotional materials and media coverage. - Lead and direct the development of strategic management and marketing plans for our academic courses for all engineering departments. - Effectively managed a team of four heads of public relation, marketing, media and fundraising . - prepared an online marketing and recruiting campaign that resulted in over 2000 applications of interest in our training and academic programs. - Responsible for translating 4P-Egypt vision and goals into successful academic programs. - Helped organize and manage all Executive events and seminars inside our faculty and other faculties of engineering. - Responsible for promotional Designs, Situational analyses , Marketing Objectives, Marketing Strategies, Growth strategy, Competitive Strategy, Marketing tactics, Marketing Mix, STP, Budget, Implementation, and KPI’s . - Develop Marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives and rules. - Maintain professional internal and external relationships with companies that develop organization knowledge. - Restructuring heads and their vices in way that increases the performance and efficiency. - Restructures pricing and budgeting policy in way that achieves number of sponsorships .

Nabd aims to create a platform of common interest between University students, university stuff, research centers, multinational companies & international organizations to meet together enhancing the field of scientific research in Egypt and Egyptian researchers’ standards,& supporting the young Egyptians innovators to come up with solution for the problems & crises facing the Egyptian society, so that it can achieve a respectable position among other countries.
