Seeking a challenging opportunity where I will be able to utilize my strong organizational skills,
educational background, Privet sector development experience, and ability to work well with
people, which will allow me to grow personally and professionally.
I am self-motivated and able to work both independently and as collaborative team member, I
am seeking a project management position with leadership responsibilities including problem
solving, planning, organizing and managing budgets to maximize my management, quality
assurance, program development’s skills
CAREER SUMMARY
 Two years’ consultation experience in training design, quality assurance, quality
management systems (CoC, ISO9001, ISO22000, HACCP, and PS15) with partners
such as GIZ- PSDP, DAI-Compete, Islamic relief -TEVT program, SAQQA -Customer
services.
 Three years’ experience in business development and small business improvement
with partners such as UNDP-DEEP, IUG-IRADA, UCAS, PFI-MAHARAT.
 More than seven years over all experience in project management, coordination,
M&E, marketing, financial feasibilities, production management, customer satisfaction,
quality management, and TEVT development and training
 Implementation of more than 470 training hours in business development, marketing,
feasibility studies, customer services, small projects management, supply chain
management, maintenance management, report writing, projects management and
fundraising, communication skills, team building.
CONSULTATION EXPERIENCE
 2016- GIZ-PSDP: (ISO plus company expert’s member) implementation of needs
assessment according to GMP, GAP analysis according to ISO 22000 for ten major food
processing companies which include (mills, light drinks, Ice creams, dairy foods, cookies
and Crackers.
 2016- DAI-Compete: (ISO plus company expert’s member) supporting the Level up
restaurant in the implementation of gap analysis according to HACCP standard
requirements.
 2016- STARES center: (ISO plus company expert’s member) establishing the
operational manual and M&E system for the playing city, restaurant, coffee shop,
including all supporting departments such as kitchen, stores, service department
cleaning and maintenance.
 2016- PFI: (individual contract) developing the operational manual, management
procedures and financial procedures for five industrial union (constructions union, plastic
union, garments and textile union, furniture union).

 2015-IR-TEVTEYE: (ISO plus company expert’s member) developing the operational
manual for three TEVT training canter’s in GAZA according to center of competences
standard (COC) with cooperation with 5 training canter’s in west bank through GIZ-TEVT
in west bank.
 2015 – SAQQA- customer services: (individual contract) rehabilitation of the spare
parts stores, and the stores management system, reorganization of spare parts,
establishing bar-code system, increasing the efficiency of the time management and
work efforts of the stores employees.
 2014 – SAQQA -customer services: (individual contract) developing the quality
assurance and quality management system to the three service departments of
maintenance, transportation, in additional to the establishing the monitoring and
evaluation and quality assurance department in the company.
 2014 – DAI-PFI-MOE: (individual contract) participating in the committee of assessing
the damage in the industrial sector resulted from 2014 war in Gaza – Khanyounis city.
 2014 – IREYE: (individual contract) chairing the committee of developing the
curriculum of the painting job for the Rafah COC vocational training center.
TRAINING EXPERIENCE
 2016 – PFI: implementation of 40 training hours for the executive managers of the
PFI and 12 industrial unions in report writing, marketing, business plan writing, supply
chain management, maintenance management, projects management.
 2016 – IR-EYE: implementation of 72 training hours to the stuff of the three TEVT
schools in Gaza on the CoC standard operational manual the training consisted of
trainers, managers, supervisors, other departments in the training centre’s
 2015 – PFIUNDP-DEEP: implementation of 240 training hours for 120 trainees from
MAHARAT project, the training courses were titled on small enterprise management,
business planning, marketing analysis and marketing, financial feasibility and financial
management.
 2014-2015 – SAQQAcustomer services: holding on job training for more than 90
training hours in communication skills, customer satisfaction, quality requirements, time
management, technical explanation of new tools and devices manual.
 2013 – IUGIRADA: implementation of more than 200 training hours for handicap
trainees in small projects management, financial management and marking small
projects.

2016 – present
Project of cash for work funded by USAID though CHF, employing more than 550 skilled and
unskilled workers in furniture companies and garments companies.
Key Achievements:
 Organizing and supervising the work team which contained M&E coordinator, two social
workers, two field monitors, and accountant
 Holding orientation workshops and meetings with key stakeholders.
 Provide CHF team with technical information, reports, action plans every two weeks
 Collaborating with 168 business entities, implement business entities assessment and
produce scoring sheet for the selection criteria for the project.
 Organize the data entry process for more than 6000 applications from skilled and
unskilled workers
 Coordinating the field home visits for 20% of the selected workers.
 Supervising the meetings between nominated workers and preparing the lists of
attendees and selected workers
 Supervising the contracting between selected workers and selected entities.
 Supervising the monitoring and evaluation plan for; field visits to workers on entities,
worker’s tracking, contacts closing.
 Provide continuance support with experience, information, efforts for projects main
stockholders which included CHF, PFI, unions, insurance companies, business entities,
and workers. making sure project activities carried out according to the conditions
required standards.
 Preparation of periodic reports in Arabic and English, commensurate with the funders of
the project requirements and the partner institution.
Business Development Couch | Palestinian federation of industries
2015 – 2016
Youth Economic Empowerment Project funded by IDB through UNDPDEEP, which aimed to
build the capacity of Palestinian youth and graduates based on administrative and technical
skills that will enable them integrate in the Palestinian labor market and the industrial sector.
Key Achievements:
 Participating in the project Preparation activities such as networking and conducting
workshops with the target group
 Developing the interviews procedures and standards for the project and Participating in
the target group selection interviews
 Developing and conducting the training course plan for 240 training hours related to
small enterprise management, financial management, marketing for 120 trainees
 Preparation of the business development guide and couch the trainees to the funding
process
 Holding individual meeting with 120 trainees for guiding and improving their business
plans and feasibility studies.
 Participating in the selection of 17 winners of grants and loans funding
 Participating the procurements specifications and standardizing for 16 small business.

TRAINING EXPERIENCE  2016 – PFI: implementation of 40 training hours for the executive managers of the PFI and 12 industrial unions in report writing, marketing, business plan writing, supply chain management, maintenance management, projects management.  2016 – IR-EYE: implementation of 72 training hours to the stuff of the three TEVT schools in Gaza on the CoC standard operational manual the training consisted of trainers, managers, supervisors, other departments in the training centre’s  2015 – PFIUNDP-DEEP: implementation of 240 training hours for 120 trainees from MAHARAT project, the training courses were titled on small enterprise management, business planning, marketing analysis and marketing, financial feasibility and financial management.  2014-2015 – SAQQAcustomer services: holding on job training for more than 90 training hours in communication skills, customer satisfaction, quality requirements, time management, technical explanation of new tools and devices manual.  2013 – IUGIRADA: implementation of more than 200 training hours for handicap trainees in small projects management, financial management and marking small projects.

Key Achievements:  Organizing and supervising the work team which contained M&E coordinator, two social workers, two field monitors, and accountant  Holding orientation workshops and meetings with key stakeholders.  Provide CHF team with technical information, reports, action plans every two weeks  Collaborating with 168 business entities, implement business entities assessment and produce scoring sheet for the selection criteria for the project.  Organize the data entry process for more than 6000 applications from skilled and unskilled workers  Coordinating the field home visits for 20% of the selected workers.  Supervising the meetings between nominated workers and preparing the lists of attendees and selected workers  Supervising the contracting between selected workers and selected entities.  Supervising the monitoring and evaluation plan for; field visits to workers on entities, worker’s tracking, contacts closing.  Provide continuance support with experience, information, efforts for projects main stockholders which included CHF, PFI, unions, insurance companies, business entities, and workers. making sure project activities carried out according to the conditions required standards.  Preparation of periodic reports in Arabic and English, commensurate with the funders of the project requirements and the partner institution. Business Development Couch | Palestinian federation of industries 2015 – 2016 Youth Economic Empowerment Project funded by IDB through UNDPDEEP, which aimed to build the capacity of Palestinian youth and graduates based on administrative and technical skills that will enable them integrate in the Palestinian labor market and the industrial sector. Key Achievements:  Participating in the project Preparation activities such as networking and conducting workshops with the target group  Developing the interviews procedures and standards for the project and Participating in the target group selection interviews  Developing and conducting the training course plan for 240 training hours related to small enterprise management, financial management, marketing for 120 trainees  Preparation of the business development guide and couch the trainees to the funding process  Holding individual meeting with 120 trainees for guiding and improving their business plans and feasibility studies.  Participating in the selection of 17 winners of grants and loans funding  Participating the procurements specifications and standardizing for 16 small business.

Production and Marketing coordinator | Islamic university of Gaza IUG – IRADA project. 2012 – 2013 Worked with more than 20 team members which included trainers, supervisors, coordinators, procurements to success the activity of the project IRADA which aimed to support Handicaps by training and economic empowerment. Key Achievements:  Creating an effective production plane for 7 production lines of furniture productions, Sofas, CNC, and other handcrafts works.  Determining the cost for all production lines and for all products.  Establishing and applying the production manual.  Applying safety procedures for all human recourse in the building.  Supervising the production operations and committed the delivery dates for customers.  Assuring participation of IRADA at all related local events to be invested on.  Developing IRADA’s products catalogue.  Developing the marketing plan for IRADA products.  Networking with all related companies and organizations for partnership.  Communicate with costumers for products satisfactory criteria and agreements  Developing and applying all seasonal marketing campaign for all products.  Evaluation activities for marketing achievement.
