Preheat oven to 180°C
Dip brioche in milk mixture
for 30 seconds to 1 minute,
hold over to drain
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in
frying pan over medium heat
until bubbling. Cook brioche
for 1-2 minutes until each side
turns golden.
Transfer to a baking tray, keep
warm in oven
Serve French toast, Banana, Maple
syrup
Place French toast on plates
Top with banana
Drizzle with maple syrup
Variation: You can use fruit bread or split hot cross buns instead of brioche. And, instead of
banana, try topping brioche with raspberries, blueberries or sliced strawberries.
