Peu importe la forme, le partage de connaissance au sein des équipes est une problématique constante d’une organisation, elle doit s’adapter à la taille de l’entreprise, aux humains qui la compose, et aux challenges actuels. Mais n’oubliez pas ce qui fait la valeur de votre entreprise, de vos équipes, ce qui vous différenciera des concurrents est la capacité de vos équipes à comprendre, analyser, maitriser et répondre aux problèmes rencontrés. ET pour cela le partage de connaissance est une pierre angulaire.
