Editing files that are being keyed by data entry clerk, organizing and maintain
files for special company archives internally, as well as using Microsoft access
and Microsoft office tools, follow up email and phone calls made by clients and
customers. Invoicing special destruction and maintenance orders using special
company’s Soft-wear(Oracle).

Organizing files, investigating clients account for payment over-dues.
Daily balances and investigate checks. Daily use of oracle soft-wear for
cash application and credit application etc. Microsoft excel is also a daily

and checks (as required). Record deposit transactions into an

locations of branches and information about policies and procedure about ours
customer service to hold and lay-way product. Handling cash, returns of
merchandise and dealing with customer daily in from regarding their needs of
information about winner’s merchandise. Every season there are merchandising
process goes on (putting sale to product and get rid of it by FIFO process).
Balancing cash every time, you close off and area, fill up balance sheet for daily
sales. Also, I worked in cash office, balance the cash and send it to the bank.
