15. General Terms of Trade
Global Manufacturer (you) have to give Bank Guarantee to
safeguard our investment regarding infrastructure and
operations we built for your products
We will not purchase any material from you, you have to
deliver material to consumer on CIF basis on desired port
directly
We will not sale any vendor / supplier material to you, you
take direct deliveries on CIF basis
No other company or individual will represent you in entire
India
Our fees will be included in MRP and it will be paid by you,
we will not collect our fees from Consumer / Vendor / Supplier
separately
You will assure us about on time product deliveries, quality of
products, guarantee / warrantee and uninterrupted supply of
spares and consumables used for servicing of your products
at our end
