We are seeking a select few individuals who want to work on their own and market a unique
financial product.
 Applicants should have good communication and presentation skills
 Must be self-motivated and be a “self-starter”
 Must have a strong desire to succeed
 Previous marketing and sales experience preferred but not required
 Finance background is also helpful but not required
 We provide the knowledge and tools to help you succeed.
 This position is not for everyone. But if you are an independent and self-motivated

What We Do--
 We simply offer securities-based loan programs.
 This program allows the holders of stocks and other securities to be used as collateral to
obtain a loan that can be used for any purpose.
 This type of lending has been around for over 50 years.
 Since 2008 we have been offering this product and it is easy to explain and has a very
high income potential for you.
 We are here to assist you with product information and marketing materials in order for
you to effectively promote this product.

Simple--
Stock loans are easy to understand and simple to explain to potential clients.
 You do not need a loan officer or broker license or a financial advisor certification or any
other type of license in order to market this program.
 You will be able to market in all 50 states. Even internationally.
 All we need from you is information on the stocks they wish to pledge. (The stock
symbol(s) and number of shares .
 Once we have that information we will quickly get a quote for your client.
 If they wish to move forward a Loan Commitment is issued.
 We move to contracts and funding.
 We do the loan processing, closing and funding.
 Funding of the loan can be as soon as 2 weeks.
 You are paid at the time of funding.

Agent Compensation --
 Our compensation package is set at .50 point to you on every closed transaction. It is
considered a marketing fee paid directly to you or your company.
 On the securities loans there are no lenders fees, points, closing costs or any other fees
associated with the transaction.
 On the securities line of credit there is a 1.50 point Origination Fee with .50 point paid to
you.
 Most transactions are of the “loan” nature so you can market the product as a true “No-
Cost” loan.

 There is a one-time setup fee of $95.00 and a $25.00 monthly hosting fee.
 The design/setup fee includes domain name purchase (of your choosing), domain
registration, branding of the website to your company name and uploading of your

labeled" to you and your company will be very helpful with your marketing campaign.
 Purchase of the website is not a requirement of being an agent of our company. We
