2. INTRODUCTION OF COMPANY
Maruti Enterprises is having total land area of 2787 Sq. Mt. at P
5/6 Light Industrial Area bhilai 490026 (C.G) durg . Industry is
already having a 500 sq.mt . constructed area with machineries.
Shed is made up of Mild steel . Our mission is to support
customers in reducing product cost by constantly meeting our
customer needs and expectations of quality. The company is
basically based on manufacturing trading and machinery
equipment Maruti Enterprises is putting up this new project to
manufacture dyes intermediates at bhilai.

3. Currently, these products are supply to power plants rolling mills
etc towards Chhattisgarh Producing within India should save
valuable foreign exchange and also ensure un-interrupted supply
of good quality dye intermediates serving various industries. The
proposed facility will be having Production Capacity of 7200
MT/PA; for which we are applying for environmental clearance.
We would be manufacturing Para Nitro toluene ortho sulphonic
acid locally in order to cater to wide range of market globally.
The company has total turn over of 2.5 cr.

6. A lathe machine is a machine tool that removes the undesired material from a
rotating workpiece in the form of chips with the help of a tool that is traversed
across the work and can be feed deep into the work.
It one of the most versatile and widely used machine tools all over the world.
This is also known as the ‘Mother of all Machines’. Nowadays, Lathe Machine
has become a general-purpose machine tool, employed in production and
repair work, because it permits a large variety of operations to be performed on
it.

Bed , Headstock , Tailstock , Carriage ,Saddle , Cross Slide, Compound rest

9. Planer is a machine tool used for producing accurate flat surfaces and
cutting slots. It is similar to the shaper machine but in case of size, the
planer machine is larger. The workpiece slots move here from one point
to another for operation, whereas in the shaper machine the workpiece
slots were in a stationary position.
The Planer machine was by General Bentham invented planer. It is one
of the Important machine tool in Manufacturing process

10. MILLING MACHINE INTRODUCTION
A milling machine is one of the most influential and
versatile kinds of machines found in the manufacturing
industry Milling is the most widely used machine in
machine shops and modern manufacturing industries all
over the world It is a type of machining process in which a
cutter having multiple cutting edges is used to remove
the material from the workpiece.This machine tool
makes up about 85 percent of all material removal
processes.

The milling machine is a type of machine which
removes the material from the workpiece by feeding
the work past a rotating multipoint cutter.The
metal removal rate is higher very high as the cutter
has a high speed and many cutting edges It is the
most important machine in the tool room as nearly
all the operations can be performed on it with high
accuracy

13. WORKING PRINCIPLE OF MILLING
MACHINE
Milling machine employed in the metal removing operation
in which the work is rigidly clamped on the table of the
machine and the revolving cutter which has multiple teeth
is mounted on the arborThe cutter revolves at high speed
and the work is fed slowly past the cutter .The work can be
fed in a vertical, longitudinal, or cross direction depending
upon the type of milling machine being used . As the work
proceeds, the cutter-teeth removes the metal from the
surface of the job(workpiece) to produce the desired shape.

15. DEFINATION OF GRINDING MACHINE
A grinding machine or grinder is an industrial power tool that
uses an abrasive wheel for cutting or removing the material. It is
a process of metal cutting by using a rotating abrasive wheel
from the surface of the workpiece.
Generally, the grinding is finishing operation to show the high
surface quality, accuracy of the shape and dimension. Grinding
machine operation is also carried out for machining too hard
material.

17. The working principle of a grinding machine is quite easier
to understand. In a grinding machine, there is an electric
motor which supplies the motion power to the grinding
wheel with the help of a belt and pulley. So when we start
the electric motor the motor rotates at a certain rpm (150-
15000 RPM, it may change according to the types of
grinding machine) with the help of v-belt and cone pulley
the grinding wheel also starts rotating and we perform
the operation.

19. DEFINATION OF DRILLING MACHINE
A drilling machine is a type of machine in which the holes are being
made on the workpiece by making use of a rotating tool called drill bit
or the twist drill.
Drilling is basically a technology of creating holes. Drilling
operations can also be performed on Lathe machines.In the lathe
machine, the workpiece rotates and the drilling tool is held stationary
in the tailstock.
WORKING PRINCIPALE OF DRILLING MACHINE
Drilling Machine has based upon the principle that the rotating edge
of the tool exerts a large force on the workpiece and holes are being
created in the workpiece. The material is removed from the
workpiece by the shearing and extrusion process.
