Description
EFMS is a web-based application that enables the End-
to-End Service Delivery automation, utilizing exception
based processing and task management. Utilizing
EFMS unique and direct interface to the ordering and
provisioning systems, users can know the status of any
order in the Service Delivery Process and any fallout
conditions. AT&T provides communications services to
its customers. When a customer orders a service, this
order goes through different AT&T systems: Ordering
systems, Provisioning systems, and ultimately to the
Billing systems. EFMS (End to End Flow through
Management System) tracks, schedules, and manages
this order as it flows through all the different AT&T
Ordering, Provisioning, and Billing Systems. If an order
