Adelphi International has three
housing offerings, two on campus
and one off campus. All housing
offerings are fully furnished and
include cable and Wi-Fi service, in-
building laundry, air-conditioning and
kitchen access.
Student safety and peace of mind
are emphasized across each
housing offering:

15. ON-CAMPUS HOUSING
Students live within a short walking distance
to all academic buildings and campus
facilities. Residences feature air-conditioning,
lounges and shared laundries and kitchens.
Please note that during Thanksgiving, winter
and spring break periods, students will be
permitted to stay in their room and building.
Students may also remain on campus during
summer break, though some students may
need to temporarily move to another
residence hall, as not all residence halls will
remain open during that time.

Residence in prestigious Brooklyn
Heights, New York City. The St.
George Residence is a short
subway ride from downtown
Manhattan and an hour from
Adelphi’s campus on the Long
Island Rail Road (LIRR) via the

Situated on the Brooklyn
Promenade, a half-mile stretch on
the waterfront with breathtaking
views of the Statue of Liberty, the
Manhattan skyline and the majestic
Brooklyn Bridge.
The residence hall features:

Students living in off-campus housing will purchase a limited campus
meal plan (8 meals per week) for use while on campus, in addition to buying
meals and groceries in Brooklyn Heights.
Students living on campus will purchase a standard meal plan (15 meals
per week). All students have the ability to upgrade their meal plans to
include more meals per week.
19. PRESESSIONAL ENGLISH
Classes are designed to improve students’ comprehension and ability to
take rigorous academic courses in the English language. Classes may be
held in New York City, close to Adelphi International’s off-campus housing
and about an hour from Adelphi by train (the LIRR).
