Select SR proper pump size,surface unit & surface parameters to be used to match well
productivity using design equation & special softwares (SROD,QROD,LOAD CALC).
Handling equipment, design, installation, lay down & optimization of new 30 sucker rod
installation & 40 sucker rod replacement.
Review the BP spare parts inventory to get the action for repairing or purchasing the required
equipment.
Co-ordinate and manage all interfaces in Day to Day operations and manage whole RRP processes
from design to data management.
Promote technical information to develop RRP system solutions, including liaison with third party
vendors within scope of supply.

1- Two three phase separators from (Allen Tank, Inc.) separate 14MMSCFD gas, 27,000BPD
water and 10,000 BPD oil for each one.
2- Three desalters from (Natco) with capacity 25,000 BOPD for each one which desalting the oil
using dual current transformers to 22 PPM (Qarun oil spec. BS&W 0.2 % , SALT 22 PPM)
3- Three heater treaters from (Natco) which heated oil (direct heat) & dehydration it using dual
current transformers. Its capacity is 25,000 POPD.
Preparing the Maintenance procedures of heater treaters (which carried out on year 2008,2010 )
respectively

Responsible for disposal system which consists of :
1- Five disposal wells 2- Five injection pumps (each one inject +/-17,000 PWPD)
