Project Title: Sales analysis of PepsiCo products.
Project Deliverables:
The project was conducted to analyse the sales of PepsiCo products and the factors affecting the sales at
Chinnaswamy stadium, Bangalore during PEPSI IPL2015.
 Individually handled sales of 5 kiosks of PepsiCo as a part of a business target driven team.
(Team Size-15)
 Successfully achieved targets for three matches with planned inventory control and motivated
the sales staff
 Implemented security related operational procedures for smooth conduct of sales during the
matches (tag creating, badge preparations and entering of vendors details).
 Created SOPs for future sales and marketing purposes.
 Arranged 27 kiosks of PepsiCo and created promotional activities to improve visibility
 Evaluated opportunities of sales for PepsiCo products during IPL matches.
 As a part of this project, I had the chance to forecast the demand for various PepsiCo products
and take decisions on stock leads required to fulfil my targets.
