        of the Department of Agriculture
(DA) with Agricultural Training Institute
(ATI) at the forefront is here and ready
to serve you.
     Agriculture Secretary Arthur C. Yap

numbers of the FCC and will give the
keynote speech during the launching

     The FCC is an alternative
