Detailed Rules For BugATAhon 2016
• Points will be awarded to the participants for finding defects in the
application under test. The points will be awarded on the basis of the
following
– a. Number of defects
– b. Severity of Defects
– c. Defect Description
– d. Test Approach
• Bonus points will be awarded for ingenuity and creativity.
• Bonus points will also be awarded for posting about the event on social
media networks like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogs etc..
• Participants may participate as an individual or as a team of 2 or 3.
• In the event of a team winning the first prize, an equivalent amount of
prize money would be distributed equally among team members.
• Decision of the evaluation panel would be final.
• Participants are requested to bring their own laptops & mobile devices.
• Participants are requested and encouraged to bring their own internet
enabled devices for their exclusive use.
• Mandatory blog per participant describing ATA and BugATAhon event
