This document discusses a workshop called BIPZIP 2011 that aimed to promote employment through four reMix initiatives: 1) Eco-Theatre reMix to promote pro-environmental attitudes in children, 2) Eco-Brigades reMix for public space management, 3) Eco-Design reMix for entrepreneurship with designers, and 4) Eco-Services reMix for entrepreneurship with managers. It involved over 500 people including 42 residents directly employed, contributors, designers, volunteers, and store and university partners. The workshop emphasized entrepreneurship, talent, empowerment, and strategy to create cooperative employment through engaged teamwork and technology, marketing efforts across 17 digital platforms rather than just paper.
