8. Richpeace Solution
STEP 1: Design
Use Richpeace AutoSew CAD software to create template cutting file and sewing stitch
data.
STEP 2: Cutting template
Send template cutting file to laser cutter, cutter makes PVC or PET board into shape as
per designs
STEP 3: Making template
Add necessary supporting material during making template according to specific
pattern and material condition.
STEP 4: Auto Sewing
Send sewing stitch file to auto sewing machine, clamp material with template, then
the machine will automatically sew according to design data

9. AutoSew CAD software
l Customer can use this software to design pattern
l Or import .DXF or .PLT format pattern from other CAD software, create sewing template
and sewing data based on this pattern
l set sewing sequence, set origin, define the place to cut or engrave, etc., then save to
template cutting file and stitch file.

Inside this blue gap are the lines need to be sewn, software automatically
read these lines as stitch file, as the right side picture.
l Design any motif stitch or pattern which is difficult to sew by worker.
l Able to set step length, back stitch number and times, grading stitch, etc., to
ensure quality consistency.
l All are made by Richeace, totally compatible with template cutting machine
and auto sewing machine.
