This document provides guidance on planning goals, products, and partners for an organization's global internship program (oGIP) at the tier 2 level. It recommends:
1) Setting an overall goal for oGIP by understanding past performance, defining focus programs and locations, and setting location-specific goals that align with the overall goal.
2) Analyzing past internship realization data to identify top sub-products and country partners to focus on, based on factors like growth rates and market trends.
3) For tier 2 entities, focusing on one or two sub-products like Teaching or Marketing and partnering with 3-5 top-performing entities that can provide opportunities in those areas.

market behaviors in your region - it gives you good insights. But it’s very
important go deeper on your entity previous realization. It gives you
accuracy and precision.

GIP is very important!
Make sure you don’t attract students
you cannot match!
This means you need to balance what your market
needs, to what we actually can supply.

20. Tier 2 entities can best start running ONE or TWO
sub-products; Teaching or Marketing.
If you have a specific market you can focus on IT.
LCs should also run only one sub-product in their
LCs.

21. Tier 2 runs oGIP having 30-150 realizations, so it’s
quite a diverse tier!
Overall, you need to start setting up focused and
strong partnerships with a fewer partners, about 3-5
Plan in a meeting with them to plan the partnership in detail. More info in
the partnership section.
Make sure to have a responsible MC/NST to manage the partnership.
Then you need to promote and attract EPs for these
entities, and be in constant communication to co-deliver these experiences.
