What are the purposes of the visit
› 1) Break the big goal to smaller ones
› 2) Write them down on a paper
› 3) Have a clear Agenda

› 1) Create a booklet that you will always use to your meetings
› 2) Bring national material like flyer with you etc
› 3) Have a specific proposal. Create an ideal one that you will
have always with you in all your meetings

What to say?
› 1) See the purpose of your meeting & selling points. Ideally before your
meeting create a draft with selling points
› 2) Prepare what you are going to say. Ideally for the first meetings do
also dry-runs
› 3) Rehearse!
Body Language
› 1) Be sure you look relaxed yet serious
› 2) Be polite
› 3) Smile – be positive
› 4) Look at the person (confidence)
› 5) Be always professional( both in your style but also to your outfit). Do
not forget we are promoting business internships to students
Create Follow-ups
› 1)When you leave the visit, you need to have clear what is the next step
› 2) Have specific deadlines for both sides. Both from professors but also
from AIESEC side
› 3) Always follow the D/Ls. This is professionalism
› 4)Offer AIESEC support in everything they need!!!!!
