– Digital applications for the Arts & Humanities
– Knowledge exchange in practice
– Approaches to public engagement

Integration • A Consortium-wide research environment including supervisory teams formed from collective subject groups • An interactive VLE • Cross-disciplinary research connections, cultivated by Consortium research clusters • Biannual 3-day events for – Research exchanges – Professional development training – Progression milestones
  • 3. Career development A network of partner organisations representing Arts, Heritage, Media working together with the universities to: •Supervise and / or mentor the student project •Enable placements within the registration period •Co-produce the Professional Arts & Humanities Researcher, a threeyear training programme for every DTP student including: – Research management (grant writing; managing a budget) – Digital applications for the Arts & Humanities – Knowledge exchange in practice – Approaches to public engagement
  • 4. Open access • DTP Open Day offering 1:1 contact with supervisor pool and partner organisations for students; inspiring cross-institutional and interdisciplinary team-working among staff; attendance supported with funding packages • Responsive mode recruitment and support driven by student-led projects • Bespoke funding for every profile, including: targeted pre-doctoral support for those progressing from UG, practice or professional routes
