 Assist the department or division to gather budgets of various offices.
 Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to
assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
 Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to
actual costs.

 Calculate the cost of direct materials and the conversion cost for production orders to assign standard
cost for all products
 Analysis of expenses for all cost centers, Review estimated budget of it and on the general trend to
calculate the MOH rate with a high accuracy.
 Follow-up daily production orders in terms of consumption of raw materials and the output and
control standard ratio of spoilage.
 Make a fiscal inventory count for WIP, warehouses of supplies, raw materials, and controlling the
variances.
 Review the purchase orders and purchase prices, and review suppliers' offers, whether domestic or
foreign.
 Analysis of operating expenses and indirect manufacturing overhead to calculate the rate
 Analysis of GS&A expenses to be allocated in high accuracy.
 Analysis the deviations between actual cost and standard cost to spot on cost flow.
