When I travelled from Kabul to Herat and Mazar to Faizabad I realised that President George W Bush was a
strategic genius.An unwitting one but one who made two major strategic breakthroughs for the USA :--
1-Occupy Afghanistan which the US can hold for eternity ,its north part and threaten the soft under belly of
Russia and China.
2-By removing Sunni leadership from Iraq he created a Shia Bloc in Middle East and internalised the war in so
called ISLAMIC world introducing an imbalance that cannot be undone in next 500 years if the USA plays its
cards carefully.
In Bush tenure contrary to common nonsense Afghanistan was safe . While Obama made it unstable and unsafe.
Strategists may debate what Bush did in realm of strategy for a long time to come

5. PRESIDENT BUSH HAS PLACED THE USA IN A STRATEGIC CENTRAL POSITION , THE HEART OF
ASIA FROM WHERE USA CAN THREATEN THE SOFT UNDER BELLIES OF RUSSIA AND CHINA AT
LOWEST COST.THIS IS USAS LAST CHANCE TO FIX CHINA.
IT IS FOR SUCCESSORS OF BUSH TO DECIDE HOW BEST TO DO IT !
NOTHING WAS EVER INEVITABLE IN HISTORY AS IN ALEXANDERS TIME OR TODAY.
