The program must compute average quiz scores for students listed in an input file with each line containing a student's name and 10 quiz scores. The program will output to a separate file with the same data plus an additional column of each student's average quiz score calculated from the 10 scores. The program must use at least one function that takes file streams as arguments and the completed project should be compressed into a single zip file for submission.

your compieted program.) The input file is in exactly the following format: 1. Each line contains
a student's last name, then one space. then the student's first name, then one space, then ten quiz
scores all on one line. 2. The quiz scores are whole numbers and are separated ty one space.
Your program will take its input from this file and send its output to a second file. 1. The data in
the output file will be the same as the data in the input file except that there will be one
additional number (of type double) at the end of each line: 2. This number will be the average of
the student's ten quiz scores: Additional 5 pecifications for your program: 1. Use at least one
