  1. In 2009 , ANOSR designed a questionnaire that aimed at identifying most important aspects on different action lines of the Bologna Process: Social Dimension Qualification Framework Employability Recognition of prior studies Mobility Life Long Learning Quality Assurance
  2. Since 2005 there was given a government order which stated that each and every HEI has to have in it’s structure a quality assurance commission/ department – presence of at least one student in it.
  3. We consider that it should be underlined the difference between the quality control and the elements that deals with quality assurance
