This document outlines an Appreciative Inquiry workshop held in Ghent, Belgium in 2012. The workshop involved participants discussing the essence of craftsmanship and how it expresses itself when working with groups, then crafting images to represent their ideas. Participants were split into four subgroups to discuss two questions for 60 minutes, then had 10 minutes each to view the crafted images and provide a closure discussion. The organizers planned to write an article and publish photos from the workshop on their website.
