This document provides an overview of a bus tour of eastern France, starting with a tour of the Franche-Comté region. Franche-Comté is divided into four departments and is known for its forests, waterfalls, caves and rivers. The Jura Mountains run through the region and offer skiing, hiking and cross-country skiing trails.

4. First on our tour is the region of Fanche-Comté. The regions is divided into 4 different departments: Haute-Saône, Doubs, Territoire de Belfort and Jura.
