4. Procrastination
It is the constant pushing
back of tasks that need to be completed.
Procrastination is a major obstacle that prevents us
from practicing good time management skills.
13. ACTION STEPS
1. Don’t think about the overall task you need to complete.
2. Instead, focus on a small component of the task that you
can achieve.
3. Ask yourself, “Can I work on this task non stop for 1 hour?”
4. Forget about everything else. Work hard for 1 hour.
5. At the end of the hour, ask repeat the same question.
6. Move your mountain one hour at a time.
7. Enjoy the amazing sense of achievement that comes from
completing a difficult task.
