  51. 51. The titles and job roles From the three horror/thriller movies opening sequences I have watched I have gathered that the number of film titles vary between the number 20 to 30 staying in that range. This is probably because it allows for the most important people to be mentioned first and for a shorter opening sequence so the audience are allowed to get straight into the movie. If they mentioned everyone that helped during the making of the film it would take more than the couple of minutes that is reserved for the opening credits. The variety of jobs that are used are nearly all the same in each opening sequence. The actors and actresses, the directors, the producers, the editors, the sound/music people, costume and makeup design, the writers, who did the casting, who did the photography, etc. In each of the three movie opening credits they all fall along the same line. My work will strictly adhere to the findings I have gathered from this research so it will be professional and more like the openings they have today in the film industry.
