What is Ur Fit?
This programme promotes healthy lifestyles including sexual
respect and highlights the implications of drug and alcohol
use.

This programme is for anyone seeking an innovative,
fun approach to working with young people at risk.

How do I access these Programmes?
A specialist Ur Youth facilitator will come to your premises,
or can arrange premises on request, and deliver all or any
combination of these programmes.
What age groups are targeted by the Programmes?
Each programme can be pitched at two levels – 11-14 years
and 15-17 years. All group participants should fall within
the same age band. This is to ensure that sessions remain
age appropriate.
How long are the Programmes?
Each programme is delivered over four 2 hour innovative
and inspiring workshops.
How many participants can take part in each workshop?
It is recommended that groups have a maximum of 15
participants.
