Do You Have Optimal Health and Wellness? 
You do? 
Then you’re already successful!
They say achieving success always 
starts with a healthy mind, brain and 
body.
But I say that if you have a healthy mind, 
brain and body to start with, you're 
already successful!
Many people see success in terms of the 
amount of material possessions they 
have or the size of their bank balance. 
Material abundance to them is very, very 
important.
But so should an abundance of health 
and wellness be! Material abundance in 
the absence of an abundance of health 
and wellness is a state of imbalance in 
my opinion.
But a large portion of humanity seems to 
be striving just for material abundance. It 
is not surprising then that an abundance 
of health and wellness is in short supply 
across the world.
The world is filled with acute and 
chronically-sick people whose numbers 
are increasing all the time. And many of 
them of course don’t survive their illness 
and disease.
This is a crisis. In fact it is an immense 
crisis. A global crisis in healthcare. 
But why is this? Why is the world filled 
with people who die not of old age but of 
acute and chronic illness and disease?
I discuss the reasons in my e-book which 
I’ll tell you about further along. But for 
now let’s move away from the negative 
and focus on the positive.
I'd much rather tell you about something 
positive. Something really positive.
However first let me tell you who I am. My 
name is Faiez Kirsten. I’m a medical 
doctor and founder of the Health, 
Wellness and Performance Institute.
Now, back to the positive ‘something’ I 
was talking about. 
And it is that if illness and disease is 
getting you down, or if you are feeling out 
of sorts or you just feel it’s time to 
improve your health and wellness, then 
know that…
Not only do you have the potential to 
achieve optimal health and wellness, but 
the institute can help you exploit this 
potential easily. 
It is what the institute is all about!
In fact the mission of the institute is to 
assist individuals and organizations to 
optimize their health, wellness and 
performance through innovative 
programs.
What is Optimal Health and Wellness?
Optimal health and wellness is not just 
the absence of illness and disease but 
also the presence of an abundance of 
energy, vigor and well-being.
It is characterized by vitality, physical 
and emotional fitness, mental clarity and 
a profound awareness and understanding 
of what is good for the mind and the 
body. People who are optimally healthy 
and well are happy and feel good most or 
all of the time.
So how would you know whether you are 
optimally healthy and well or not?
You measure your level of health and 
wellness! As you may know if you don’t 
measure something you want to manage, 
you generally can’t manage it effectively.
So what exactly is it that you have to 
measure with respect to health and 
wellness? 
You measure all aspects or dimensions 
of health and wellness.
I’ve identified ten vitally important 
dimensions of health and wellness and if 
they are all optimized, produce a 
profound state of health and well-being.
In fact given the alarming global crisis in 
healthcare we need programs which 
incorporate these ten dimensions and 
which are designed to assist individuals 
and organizations to prevent, reverse and 
eliminate illness and disease and achieve 
optimal health and wellness.
And in this way of course contribute to 
solving the healthcare crisis.
Now in my opinion all health and 
wellness programs should be based on 
solid science and structured around 
achieving specific results and reaching 
certain milestones.
They should include an assessment of 
each of the dimensions of health and 
wellness to determine the status of each 
of them and provide a list of actions to be 
taken to ensure that those dimensions 
which are suboptimal are optimized.
They should also include a current diet 
assessment to determine whether what 
is being eaten is conducive to optimal 
health and wellness or not. And they 
should provide an ideal or optimal diet if 
the current diet is not optimal.
But I think most importantly all health 
and wellness programs should include a 
subconscious mind reprogramming 
toolkit.
Now the unfortunate reality is that most 
people purchase programs and services 
and then never use them. For example I 
knew a person who purchased gym 
memberships every year but never went 
to the gym!
It’s the same as people who make new 
year’s resolution and then never do what 
they’ve resolved to do!
Why is that? It is because there is a 
mismatch between their conscious and 
subconscious beliefs and intentions.
Although they actually state verbally, 
based on their conscious beliefs, they are 
going to do one thing, it is their much 
more powerful subconscious beliefs, their 
subconscious paradigms, which 
determine what they will actually do or 
how they will behave.
I see the same thing in the healthcare 
environment. As a doctor I've come to 
realize that most people are not 
interested in preventing illness and 
disease. A preventative lifestyle is not 
'their thing'.
And many are also not interested in 
reversing illness and disease if they 
suffer from those which are reversible. 
They would rather remain chronically ill.
So regarding their health, people prefer to 
do nothing when they are well and so 
increase their risk of getting ill.
And it is only when this occurs that they 
take action to regain their health – 
temporarily. 
Or worse they never regain it.
This is understandable given the 
immense power of our subconscious 
paradigms in determining our behavior.
So the inclusion of a subconscious mind 
reprogramming toolkit is important in 
order to significantly increase your 
chances of achieving your goal of 
optimal health and wellness.
And finally all health and wellness 
programs should include regular access 
to a mentor, a guide, to discuss your 
progress and any questions you may 
have regarding the program or any 
medical condition that you may be 
suffering from.
Okay, now about my e-book. It is entitled 
“How To Achieve The Best Health And 
Wellness Possible”
In it you will learn about the global crisis 
in healthcare, the myths that keep people 
sick and perpetuate the crisis and the 
solution to the crisis.
The book is part of the package which

Wellness program, Optimal Health and

In addition to the assessments you are

of this assessment gives you a good idea 
of whether what you are currently eating 
is good for optimal health and wellness 
or not.
3. An Ideal Diet. If your current diet is not 
ideal you will be advised as to what is 
generally the best diet for optimal health 
and wellness.
4. Ten 28-Day Action Lists. These provide 
you with the exact action that needs to be 
taken for each of the Ten Dimensions to 
get your status to GOLD in each of them 
if your assessment indicates that you are 
not at this level yet.
5. Video Presentations Describing Each 
of the Ten Dimensions
6. A Subconscious Mind Reprogramming 
Toolkit. This kit significantly increases 
your chances of achieving your goal of 
optimal health and wellness (which is 
GOLD status in each of the Ten 
Dimensions).
It consists of a six-step goal-achievement 
process which includes advanced 
reprogramming technologies (audios, 
videos and practices) which have been 
scientifically proven to significantly 
boost the goal-achievement process.
The kit also includes my e-report on 
the subconscious mind.
7. Skype Sessions. These are held once a 
week for the duration of the 10-week 
program to discuss your progress and 
any questions you may have regarding 
the program or any medical condition 
you may be suffering from.

Optimal health and wellness academy program

  • 1. Do You Have Optimal Health and Wellness? You do? Then you’re already successful!
  • 2. They say achieving success always starts with a healthy mind, brain and body.
  • 3. But I say that if you have a healthy mind, brain and body to start with, you're already successful!
  • 4. Many people see success in terms of the amount of material possessions they have or the size of their bank balance. Material abundance to them is very, very important.
  • 5. But so should an abundance of health and wellness be! Material abundance in the absence of an abundance of health and wellness is a state of imbalance in my opinion.
  • 6. But a large portion of humanity seems to be striving just for material abundance. It is not surprising then that an abundance of health and wellness is in short supply across the world.
  • 7. The world is filled with acute and chronically-sick people whose numbers are increasing all the time. And many of them of course don’t survive their illness and disease.
  • 8. This is a crisis. In fact it is an immense crisis. A global crisis in healthcare. But why is this? Why is the world filled with people who die not of old age but of acute and chronic illness and disease?
  • 9. I discuss the reasons in my e-book which I’ll tell you about further along. But for now let’s move away from the negative and focus on the positive.
  • 10. I'd much rather tell you about something positive. Something really positive.
  • 11. However first let me tell you who I am. My name is Faiez Kirsten. I’m a medical doctor and founder of the Health, Wellness and Performance Institute.
  • 12. Now, back to the positive ‘something’ I was talking about. And it is that if illness and disease is getting you down, or if you are feeling out of sorts or you just feel it’s time to improve your health and wellness, then know that…
  • 13. Not only do you have the potential to achieve optimal health and wellness, but the institute can help you exploit this potential easily. It is what the institute is all about!
  • 14. In fact the mission of the institute is to assist individuals and organizations to optimize their health, wellness and performance through innovative programs.
  • 15. What is Optimal Health and Wellness?
  • 16. Optimal health and wellness is not just the absence of illness and disease but also the presence of an abundance of energy, vigor and well-being.
  • 17. It is characterized by vitality, physical and emotional fitness, mental clarity and a profound awareness and understanding of what is good for the mind and the body. People who are optimally healthy and well are happy and feel good most or all of the time.
  • 18. So how would you know whether you are optimally healthy and well or not?
  • 19. You measure your level of health and wellness! As you may know if you don’t measure something you want to manage, you generally can’t manage it effectively.
  • 20. So what exactly is it that you have to measure with respect to health and wellness? You measure all aspects or dimensions of health and wellness.
  • 21. I’ve identified ten vitally important dimensions of health and wellness and if they are all optimized, produce a profound state of health and well-being.
  • 22. In fact given the alarming global crisis in healthcare we need programs which incorporate these ten dimensions and which are designed to assist individuals and organizations to prevent, reverse and eliminate illness and disease and achieve optimal health and wellness.
  • 23. And in this way of course contribute to solving the healthcare crisis.
  • 24. Now in my opinion all health and wellness programs should be based on solid science and structured around achieving specific results and reaching certain milestones.
  • 25. They should include an assessment of each of the dimensions of health and wellness to determine the status of each of them and provide a list of actions to be taken to ensure that those dimensions which are suboptimal are optimized.
  • 26. They should also include a current diet assessment to determine whether what is being eaten is conducive to optimal health and wellness or not. And they should provide an ideal or optimal diet if the current diet is not optimal.
  • 27. But I think most importantly all health and wellness programs should include a subconscious mind reprogramming toolkit.
  • 28. Now the unfortunate reality is that most people purchase programs and services and then never use them. For example I knew a person who purchased gym memberships every year but never went to the gym!
  • 29. It’s the same as people who make new year’s resolution and then never do what they’ve resolved to do!
  • 30. Why is that? It is because there is a mismatch between their conscious and subconscious beliefs and intentions.
  • 31. Although they actually state verbally, based on their conscious beliefs, they are going to do one thing, it is their much more powerful subconscious beliefs, their subconscious paradigms, which determine what they will actually do or how they will behave.
  • 32. I see the same thing in the healthcare environment. As a doctor I've come to realize that most people are not interested in preventing illness and disease. A preventative lifestyle is not 'their thing'.
  • 33. And many are also not interested in reversing illness and disease if they suffer from those which are reversible. They would rather remain chronically ill.
  • 34. So regarding their health, people prefer to do nothing when they are well and so increase their risk of getting ill.
  • 35. And it is only when this occurs that they take action to regain their health – temporarily. Or worse they never regain it.
  • 36. This is understandable given the immense power of our subconscious paradigms in determining our behavior.
  • 37. So the inclusion of a subconscious mind reprogramming toolkit is important in order to significantly increase your chances of achieving your goal of optimal health and wellness.
  • 38. And finally all health and wellness programs should include regular access to a mentor, a guide, to discuss your progress and any questions you may have regarding the program or any medical condition that you may be suffering from.

  • 49. 6. A Subconscious Mind Reprogramming Toolkit. This kit significantly increases your chances of achieving your goal of optimal health and wellness (which is GOLD status in each of the Ten Dimensions).
