Any business is a living organism, operating through sound management.
Improving the efficiency of the organization is impossible without improving its
management, these two processes are interrelated. In addition, improved
management of the organization can improve all parameters of production and
economic activity with little or no additional cost. First of all, to improve
management of the organization to start with involvement in senior management.
In his hands are controls to take into account the requirements for the quality of
the final product in the very early stages of the quality management system. It is
top management can and must encourage employees to achieve high quality
        standards of products.
The consumer is an equal member of the management process. There should be a
direct relationship with him to his needs became known manufacturer as soon as
possible. The company must respond quickly to demand and take it into account
in the production of their products.
In developing products, should consider not only the demands of consumers, but
also the quality requirements. For this to be developed internal standards of the
company, which clearly delineate the factors that affect quality in uncontrolled
6

and those that can and should control. The latter include: improper functioning of
the equipment, the use of substandard materials, failure of technology, failure to
comply with the workers of their duties. These factors need to be controlled
completely eliminate and minimize the impact on production processes and
   factors beyond control.
The company's employees should be involved in management processes. They
need to educate, organize and properly motivated. Make sure that they participate
in production meetings on optimization of the company, enter the incentive for
   making innovations.
3. Do I feel that this internship has offered me a positive learning experience?
Yes, I feel that this internship has offered me a positive learning experience. Jobs
can be a real challenge, especially if you do not have any experience. However, to
gain experience, you must first find a job. It's a nasty catch that can be difficult to
get around, but an internship is a good way to do it.
Internships provide an opportunity to experience for students, graduates and
people considering a career change. Employers willing to hire interns with little or
no experience, especially if the trainee is ready to accept almost without monetary
compensation. However, the benefits of this training goes far beyond your check.
Gain valuable work experience: Internship provides an opportunity to gain
practical experience that you just can not get in the classroom. For the first time
job seekers and career change is usually not desirable candidates and companies
are willing to train them as interns and give them the experience they need to get a
   job.
Have an advantage in the labor market: Employers tend to care more about your
experience, what your qualifications and internships are often the only way to get
experience you need to get a job, so they are an important part of your resume.
Many employers prefer or require applicants to have an internship or relevant
work experience and many more competitive in the labor market is important to
   set you apart from others.
Go to work: Employers see interns as potential employees and many of them to
finish training and continue to work with the company full time. Internships are
the number one for employers to find new employees in the U.S.. Think of it as a
really great interview, and you have proven that you are capable and hardworking
7

employee. Just as you are giving the industry and company test run, they do the
   same for you.
Decide if this is the right career for you: If you are not sure that this is the right
career for you, doing an internship is a great way to experience it. Internships are
usually short, so you can check your future career without committing to find out
if it's a career that will satisfy you.
Network capabilities: Internships are a great way to meet people in your field.
Even if you have the experience, knowing that people never hurts. Internship
provides an opportunity to meet people who can help you get a job in the future
and give you contacts in the industry you are trying to penetrate. In addition,
references from people in the industry really add weight to your application.
Apply knowledge of the class: Internships can be regarded as the pinnacle of your
higher education and give you the opportunity to use the skills you learned in the
classroom in the real world. This is a chance to prove the value of your skills and
show that you can play the role that you have given.
Gain confidence: Getting experience is a great way to build trust. Moreover, if
you have an impressive resume, you'll be more confident in their chances for
employment. Once you've done an internship, if the interviewer asks if you know
how to do something that does not say "um, yeah, I think I can do this? But you
can say" completely? and to supplement your statement with examples.
4. Additional requirements of the Department:
Jobs Sales Manager is considered one of the most important and glorious jobs in
the world of sales and marketing. But the achievement of the work itself is not
easy. Most people look at the job of sales manager and I think that this is a very
   easy job.
In the end, you only have to manage a team, attend company meetings, tasks and
relax, your team works. But nothing could be more wrong than this. Working as a
sales manager is an extremely difficult and complicated, and requires that the head
is fully responsible for their team.
There is a set of additional requirements of the sales department that every sales
   manager should have:
   - Lead a team that works in this field, and interaction with customers. So up to
the sales skills to develop and build the sales team.
   - Manage sales and it may include complete solutions, as pricing.
8

- Must also have excellent marketing skills.
- Account maintenance teams, product development and many other similar
    tasks.
- Review and review of all subordinates regarding accounting, transportation,
    factory, etc.
- Associate with Identifying key skills of team members sales and thereby to the
    need for separation.

Jobs can be a real challenge, especially if you do not have any experience. However, to gain experience, you must first find a job. It's a nasty catch that can be difficult to get around, but an internship is a good way to do it. Internships provide an opportunity to experience for students, graduates and people considering a career change. However, the benefits of this training goes far beyond your check. Gain valuable work experience: Internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience that you just can not get in the classroom. For the first time job seekers and career change is usually not desirable candidates and companies are willing to train them as interns and give them the experience they need to get a job. This is a chance to prove the value of your skills and show that you can play the role that you have given. Gain confidence: Getting experience is a great way to build trust. Moreover, if you have an impressive resume, you'll be more confident in their chances for employment.
