An intense one-hour class
Composed of various stations to increase endurance and speed while “blasting” calories and toning the body
from head to toe! This class uses:
TRX
CARDIO INTERVALS treadmills and body weight,
STRENGTH BLASTS with weights and body weight
*Intermediate to Advanced.

Pam Campbell
Pam is the Fitness Director and Personal Trainer at The Greenwich Water Club. She also teaches at Equinox in Darien.
Her specialties include: decreasing body fat and increasing strength and stamina in her clients. Pam has experience in
working with rehab clients and special needs. In the past 17 years, Pam has changed her body drastically. She has lost
30 lbs and reduced her body fat 5% thru strength and interval training, boxing, and running. Pam has a degree from
UMASS Amherst in exercise science and sport management, and holds certifications in NASM, Reebok Spin, Apex
