This is more powerful than anything. You build it up, build it up, build it up. Then just stop. You can count in your head if you want, one to five. Then move on. When you do this, you can project your voice. When you breathe in deeply and project your voice out, it’s always going to come out clear. Always. This will also help save your throat, too so you don’t get sore throats.
