Reporting/dashboarding using BIRT and Tivoli Common Reporting software, team planning and project follow up management, support of project leader, implementation of custom solution tools. Work experience (most relevant): November 2007 – Novembre 2008 - Project and Service Officer at Electrabel : Electrabel ITS is an entity of GDF-SUEZ group which is responsible for the IT infrastructure of his clients. Mr Goffette Supported the project leaders for ensuring the quality of projects deliverables (BluePrint, Project follow-up, Project plans, …).To facilitate and reduce adminstrative work of project leader, Mr Goffette also created tools for providing them various information needed by the management(financial reporting, KPI and KVI reports, templates, …). Thanks to his work, the management increased his KPI & KPV and could get a better overiew of projects issues and ensure their follow-up. Project leaders could more focus on their work and delegate with confidance their deliverables that leding to better project implementation. Business understanding and assertivity where wining skills. November 2008 – June 2009 : IT Monitoring Designer : The Electrabel monitoring team aims to monitor part of the Suez group infrastructure (+-3000 servers). To achieve this goal the team mainly uses the TIVOLI suite. In this context, Mr Goffette designed several reports, after having identified the reporting needs of the different teams, by using reporting tools (BIRT and TCR). Another aspect of this mission was in order to create a dashboard to perform some reverse engineering to find infrastructure components for a defined list of business services. Mr Goffette Finally, created some views in TEP (Tivoli Enterprise Portal) to provide a business view to various stakeholders. Theses reports and dashboards where a help in identifying infrastructure lacks. The main skills he used to achieve this mission were assertivity, ease to learn, database knowledge and a business oriented mindset. June 2009 – Present : IT Monitoring Designer coordinator : The Electrabel monitoring team as described above. Due to the increase of demands, a more concrete management of the 9 people teams where required. To fulfill the goals of the mission Mr Goffette has to increase the follow up of projects and resource planning. Beside that part, he also have to identify accurate KPI and KVI to demonstrate the quality and performance of the team.
